Software Delivery Performance Metrics (DORA) §

• Deployment frequency (DF) (how often do you release to production?)
• Lead time for changes (LTTC) (how long does it take from commit to production?)
• Mean Time to restore (MTTR) (how long does it take to restore service after an unplanned outage?)
• Change failure rate (CFR) (what percentage of changes require remediations/hotfixes?)

Using DORA metrics, teams can be ordered into low, medium, high and elite performers.
